Due to worldwide supply chain challenges our Transformer/Mobie Plus Scooter shipment has been delayed until early June. We will continue to take orders and will ship backorders as soon as they reach our warehouse. Transformer/Mobie Plus batteries are also expected the first week of June. Scooter Lifts are expected mid June.

Scooter Scams
Many of our dealers have reached out to us regarding internet scams that are targeting the senior population and the mobility scooter industry. We are aware of these bogus advertisements on Facebook and we are reporting every one we see. Unfortunately, Facebook is not too quick at responding. These fraudulent ads are promoting such scooters as our Transformer Scooter and Triaxe line and offering them at ridiculously low prices. Once the purchase is made the scammers will send tracking details from overseas so the consumer believes the scooter is in transit. The consumer waits weeks/months for the scooter but a scooter never comes, instead the shipment will be a plastic ring, watch, cheap hat, etc… By the time the substitute product arrives, that shop is closed down and the site is unreachable and untraceable. The scammers will then open up again under another name and continue the con.
To help you educate your customers regarding these hoaxes we have put together a list of ways to spot a scooter scam. Feel free to share this. If you see a scam ad or post, please report it.
