Transformer Scooter
- Electrical Components: 24-month warranty
- Scooter Frame: Limited lifetime warranty
- Lithium-Ion Battery: 12-month warranty
Mobifree Scooter
- Electrical Components: 24-month warranty
- Scooter Frame: Limited lifetime warranty
- Lithium-Ion Battery: 12-month warranty
Roamate
- Frame: 24-month warranty
- Motor: 12-month warranty
- Battery: 12-month warranty
- Electronic Components: 12-month warranty
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear or the following items:
- Tires and tubes
- Trim pieces and plastic shrouds
- Upholstery, including seat backs and cushions
The warranty also does not cover damage or loss resulting from:
- Loss or theft of accessories, including keys and remote controls
- Improper operation, use, or maintenance
- Use of non-approved or irregular replacement parts
- Accidents or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the scooter
- Natural disasters, including hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes
